Regarding Shipping / Customs / Import tax / Delivery


Shipping costs vary depending on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method you choose.

For large items such as tents, shipping charges will be charged for each item. Shipping charges are calculated on the checkout screen.

Customs / Import tax

Depending on the country or region, additional customs charges (import tax, VAT value added tax, customs fees, etc.) may be required.

At this time we are unable to offer import duties and tax estimates or prepay services at checkout for international customers. Please note, depending on location and order value, you may be subject to customs fees prior to delivery. Before selecting a shipping service please consult with your local authorities to inquire about potential fees. Any import fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer to understand and pay. When considering customs declarations, please note that the declared value of your package is the full value of the items purchased. Even if you purchased items at discount, the declared value will show the full cost without discount.

Regarding Delivery

Your order will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days after it is placed. It will take approximately 5 to 20 business days for the product to be delivered after shipping. You can check the status of your package after shipping from the tracking number in the shipping notification email.

*If the product is returned due to refusal of delivery or long-term absence, the order will be canceled. Please note that in such cases, the amount refunded will be the amount minus the credit card cancellation fee and any fees associated with delivery, such as round-trip shipping fees.

Regarding Orders

ZANE ARTS do not accept orders by phone, fax, or email.
Please place your order through the official online store.
Please note that ZANE ARTS cannot accept changes or cancellations to orders that are in the process of being shipped.

For some products, we have set purchase limits so that more customers can purchase them.
Please note that if we receive more orders than the limit, we may cancel your order.

This is an online store for individual sales. If ZANE ARTS receive a large order, the Company may cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding Payments

Acceptable credit cards are VISA, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express.
Payment method is "lump sum payment" only.

[Shop Pay]
This is a payment service provided by the online shopping system "Shopify".
If you register your email address and mobile phone number with Shop Pay, the next time you make a purchase, you can simply enter the 6-digit Shop Pay code (SMS authentication) sent to your email address and mobile phone number, and you can enter your shipping address and credit card information. You can easily make payments without having to enter them again.

Regarding Stock

Items are not guaranteed to be in stock when you add them to your cart.
After clicking "Pay now" on the payment page, the order completion screen will be displayed and the stock shall be guaranteed.
In the unlikely event that the product you ordered is out of stock, ZANE ARTS will notify you via email and then process the cancellation.

We do not provide such information individually.

Regarding Returns / Exchanges

Sorry, return policy will not apply to the products shipped overseas, due to customer’s convenience.

Regarding Defects / Warranty


We take our time carefully to design, manufacture, and inspect our products to ensure every customer's satisfaction.

However, in rare cases, the following may occur with our products, but please note that we do not accept them as a defect and will not replace the product if it does not cause any problems during use. Examples: Poor sewing, scratches and holes that do not interfere with use, small dirt or stains, overall water repellency (stains when wet, unevenness, etc.).

Please note that in international transactions, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges for products that are determined to have defects that do not affect use or for the customer's convenience, so please be aware of this before making your purchase. Placing an order will mean you have agreed to all of our policies.
