We take our time carefully to design, manufacture, and inspect our products to ensure every customer's satisfaction.

However, in rare cases, the following may occur with our products, but please note that we do not accept them as a defect and will not replace the product if it DOES NOT CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS DURING USE.
Examples: Poor sewing, scratches and holes that do not interfere with use, small dirt or stains, overall water repellency (stains when wet, unevenness, etc.).

Please note that in international transactions, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges for products that are determined to have defects that do not affect use or for the customer's convenience, so please be aware of this before making your purchase.

There is no specific instuction of folding that our company sets. Please fold it up so that it fits in the carry bag.

Fires are strictly prohibited in tents, shelters, and tarps.
This is extremely dangerous as there is a risk of fire, oxygen deficiency, carbon monoxide poisoning, etc.
Please do not use fire and do not bring any fire near the product.

Commonly used synthetic fibers for tents, shelters, or tarps develop wrinkles and are unavoidable.
In particular, silicone-treated fabrics tend to have wrinkles that are noticeable due to several reasons such as the color and surface treatments.

Although the surface of the tent / shelter / tarp is treated to be water repellent, the effect cannot be maintained for a long period of time.
If it is exposed to rain for a certain period of time or morning dew, stains and unevenness may appear on the surface.
If the water repellency becomes weak, please recover it with an available water repellent.
