I did not receive a confirmation email after placing my order.

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic reply email informing you of the details.
If you do not receive an automatic reply email within an hour, please check your settings to block reception or the email may have been sorted into your spam folder.

If you still cannot confirm the automatic reply email, there is a possibility that you entered the email address incorrectly, so please contact us at ”global@zanearts.com".

Can I combine separate orders into one?

Due to system limitations, we are unable to make changes to your order.

My order has been cancelled.

Please note that orders detected by the system's fraud analysis algorithm may be cancelled.

I entered the wrong address.

To make changes before shipping, please reply to the order confirmation email or contact us at "global@zanearts.com".

*Depending on the status of shipping arrangements, we may not be able to meet your request.
After receiving the shipping email, please contact the carrier company.

I would like to cancel my order.

To cancel before shipping, please reply to the order confirmation email or contact "global@zanearts.com".
Please note that orders that are already in the process of shipping cannot be cancelled.

The product became out of stock although it was included in my cart.

The item is not guaranteed to be in stock when you add it to your cart. The stock will be guaranteed once your order is completed.
Since the stock is updated continuously, it may become out of stock even after you add it to your cart.

I can't pay by credit card.

Your card information will be sent directly to the payment processing company (Shopify Payments).
Therefore, we are unable to ascertain the reason why the payment was not completed successfully.
In either case, please check the following common reasons.
・Card expiry date has passed
・Card usage limit exceeded
・Incorrect input of credit card number, etc.
・Lock based on card company standards
・The card cannot be used for any other reason.
・Incorrect security code input
*The security code is the 3-digit number written on the back of the card.

Additionally, credit card companies and payment processing companies are strengthening measures to prevent fraudulent card use.
If you make multiple payments using the same card on the same site,
An error may be displayed to confirm that the user is actually using the service.
If you have any concerns, we recommend that you contact your credit card company.

What payment methods are available?

The following payment options are available.

This is a payment service provided by the online shopping system ”Shopify".
If you register your email address and mobile phone number with Shop Pay, the next time you make a purchase, you can simply enter the 6-digit Shop Pay code (SMS authentication) sent to your email address and mobile phone number, and you can enter your shipping address and credit card information. Purchase limits

For some products, we may set purchase limits so that more customers can purchase them.
